Appointment reminders for Monday sent out on Monday instead of on the preceding Friday.
Appointment reminders are currently being sent 72 hours in advance on Fridays instead of on the day of the appointment. Our center wants appointment reminder to go out 4 hours in advance. Also, Friday appointment reminders are all sent on Friday morning at 7am. It would be best for our center to be able to have the reminders sent out based on the settings in Accu.

Tutor Tasks only show for Tutors assigned to that Lab
When tutor logs in, see all tutor tasks instead of just the tasks for the labs they work in.

View/Cancel appointments. Need ability to filter by Lab ID and should be set to that Lab by default
Currently when bring up View/Cancel appointments all appts for every lab show up. If student worker needs to cancel an appointment, it is too easy to accidently cancel an appointment in a different lab. If this screen defailted to the current LAB ID, this would solve the issue.

Media Checkouts per Local Lab
The Library and Tech Team house 2 different repositories for media that can be checked out and I don't currently see a way to make this specific to the Center/Lab I am working in. Can this be updated to designate the Local Lab?

registration: need to select multiple activities in a catagory.
In the registration fields, it would be nice to be able to select multiple activities in a catagory.That way I only need to register once vice 6 separate times

Session Questionnaire Lab Specific
Session questionnaire is a very popular feature in AccuSQL however, it is not lab specific. This causes users to have to share the questionnaire with other areas which forces them to make the questions NOT required. When a question is NOT required, it is not included in the instructor report. When many areas use this feature, the questionnaire becomes long and difficult to navigate. Reports for the session questionnaire are difficult to filter for the different labs. the questionnaire itself should have more options for types of questions, most importantly, allow for multiple answers to a question.

Options to customize colors would be wonderful. The Orange clashes with our school colors.

Tutor Activity Reports can be filtered by LabID
Currently when run tutor activity reports cannot filter by LabID. The only way to get reports for a specific lab is to set up a tutor group. This is an extra step and with some centers with 80 tutors is a lot of manual work.

add the ability to set Tutor's schedule to a specific category
Instead of only having the only option to set the tutor's schedule to a specific activity or service we should also have the ability to set it to a specific category.

When editing Sign-In Logs, please add a filter to show only "active" activities.
When attempting to edit a student sign-in log, the dialog to edit the record shows both active and inactive activities. While showing the activities might be useful at times, I think most of the time showing only the active activities causes less confusion for the person doing data editing and will provide more accurate results.

No shows
Automatically cancel tutoring sessions once the maximum amount of NO SHOWS have been met. Also, system needs to distinguish if it is the tutor or the tutee that did not show up for the appointment.

Ability to edit sign-in log to add multiple students
Edit sign-in log to help group multiple students to one booked appointment. We want to be able to track some how group appointments. We often get one student booking and bring several students with them, we would like too track that to one session by editing the sign-in and adding the multiple students.

Edit and Rename Scheduled Reports
I have over 50 scheduled reports each semester, and it's always increasing. I usually have to go in and change the reports slightly (add different activities or labs, different semesters, tutors/tutor groups, student groups, etc.) or rename them because I keep adding other similar reports. Now, I usually don't have to change who the report is sent to, or where it is stored on a local drive, or when it is ran, which are the only editable options. To change anything else, I have to completely redo or start the report from scratch. Even if I accidentally missed one activity…

Set Custom Off Times for Multiple Tutors at one time
We have 15 labs using 1 database on AccuSQL. If we set the system off times settings to be off for Spring Break, this causes an issue with our testing center because they are open during Spring break. As a workaround, I told tutor center they can change each tutors individual off time but they have 80+ tutors and can only do one at a time. Could the Tutor off time screen allow to select multiple tutors to batch set off times for specific Tutors? OR ability to set different global off times per lab?

"Edit Sign-in Logs->Student->Edit Student Sign-in Logs" in version 12 should have "Filter log by lab" checked by default.
In version 12, "Edit Sign-in Logs->Student->Edit Student Sign-in Logs" shows ALL sign-in logs from all labs, regardless of the local lab ID.
I really believe it should be checked by default so you only see the sign-in logs for your local lab.
Actually, this feature should be restricted by access group permissions to prevent one lab from accidentally (or on purpose) screwing up the others data.

Reorganize and simplify Tutor Scheduling
Move the Schedule Builder and Course Availability buttons to the Appointments section since they are primarily used for appointment scheduling setup. Also make the Tutor Schedule section sync with the Schedule builder information. I went into the Tutor Schedule and it was completely different than the approved hours in the Schedule builder. A student scheduled at a different time than what was approved because of this issue.

Would like to have a checkbox on intake system for appt sign ins
When we use intake system, we would like to be able to see who is an appt sign in waiting and who is a walk-in. This could be a checkbox we could toggle.

Custom Report - Ability to query students with >= or <= X # of hours for a specified time period
Labs need to query students who have < 10 hours per week in their lab. Need ability to run report based on a # of hours threshold.
