What will make the software work better for you?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. View/Cancel appointments. Need ability to filter by Lab ID and should be set to that Lab by default

    Currently when bring up View/Cancel appointments all appts for every lab show up. If student worker needs to cancel an appointment, it is too easy to accidently cancel an appointment in a different lab. If this screen defailted to the current LAB ID, this would solve the issue.

  2. Session Questionnaire Lab Specific

    Session questionnaire is a very popular feature in AccuSQL however, it is not lab specific. This causes users to have to share the questionnaire with other areas which forces them to make the questions NOT required. When a question is NOT required, it is not included in the instructor report. When many areas use this feature, the questionnaire becomes long and difficult to navigate. Reports for the session questionnaire are difficult to filter for the different labs. the questionnaire itself should have more options for types of questions, most importantly, allow for multiple answers to a question.

  3. Tutor Tasks only show for Tutors assigned to that Lab

    When tutor logs in, see all tutor tasks instead of just the tasks for the labs they work in.

  4. Appointment reminders for Monday sent out on Monday instead of on the preceding Friday.

    Appointment reminders are currently being sent 72 hours in advance on Fridays instead of on the day of the appointment. Our center wants appointment reminder to go out 4 hours in advance. Also, Friday appointment reminders are all sent on Friday morning at 7am. It would be best for our center to be able to have the reminders sent out based on the settings in Accu.

  5. Color

    Options to customize colors would be wonderful. The Orange clashes with our school colors.

  6. When editing Sign-In Logs, please add a filter to show only "active" activities.

    When attempting to edit a student sign-in log, the dialog to edit the record shows both active and inactive activities. While showing the activities might be useful at times, I think most of the time showing only the active activities causes less confusion for the person doing data editing and will provide more accurate results.
