Ability to add the same visit note to a bulk visit (mulitple students at once).
Our center deals a lot with workshops and group tutoring. For reporting purposes it would be nice to add the same note in a bulk visits(adding multiple students at once). Its very time consuming to go back to sign in logs to add the same notes to students who attended the same workshop or group tutoring.

Easily Allow Some Tutoring Areas to be Drop in Only
Our tutoring services have subject areas that only offer drop in tutoring and do not allow for appointments on Web Gateway. It would be helpful to have an option that allows for an entire category to be taken off of Web Gateway instead of having to uncheck the "Appts" box for every activity (over 1,000 in our case) assigned to these drop in categories.

Enter times in and out in individual sign-ins
When signing students and tutors in individually, it would be nice to enter time in and time out instead of time in and number of hours and minutes. It would be faster and more efficient just entering the times.

I would like to see a cutoff date for Tutor Schedules or have them reset at the ends of the semester
Our Tutors need their normal/regular schedules to expire at the end of the term. The reason is that they don't see students before about 2 weeks into the semester.

Allowing custom surveys to be published to specific activities
Allowing custom surveys to be published to specific activities. I know there is the feedback survey, but we need more customization than the feedback survey provides. Setting it to student groups means that students that utilize multiple services in the same center (as ours do) would get the survey for activities that do not pertain to that survey.

Ability to schedule database repair and cleanup
A recommendation is to have the capability to automatically schedule cleanup and repair of the database on version 19 .

Tutor queue
For drop in tutoring allow students to flag tutors based on tasks, from a lab computer. Thus tutors know who to help next.

Email Administrator if tutor does not sign in to match their schedule. Additionally failure to sign out email.

Reorganize and simplify Tutor Scheduling
Move the Schedule Builder and Course Availability buttons to the Appointments section since they are primarily used for appointment scheduling setup. Also make the Tutor Schedule section sync with the Schedule builder information. I went into the Tutor Schedule and it was completely different than the approved hours in the Schedule builder. A student scheduled at a different time than what was approved because of this issue.

administrator accounts or access for specific Lab ID's
We have multiple lab IDs on a single SQL server database. We created system administrators for each lab; the problem is each administrator can view or edit settings in the other labs. We want to prevent an administrator from one lab viewing or changing another lab's settings. We need administrator accounts with access to specific labs only. Or we need the ability to create an access group, but only assign the access group to a specific lab.

Card ID field to be part of reports.
Card ID field is the one that CUNY system uses across the board. Is it possible to make it a PK for a table so we can generate reports that include Card ID field?

Add the Student's Photo to the create student groups screen.
When you are creating groups it may be nice to see the student's photo when looking through the list especially if there are similar sounding names.

Ability to adjust the StaffPanel layout if not using intake system
It would be nice to remove the waiting line and make better use of the screen if the lab/center does not use the waiting list or intake system option.

Prevent Non-Active Students From Checking Out Media.
When checking out media, after entering the student ID it shows a checkbox indicating whether or not the student is Active. This is nice but I would like a way to prevent non-active students from checking out items at all because it would be a beetter solution then relying on the lab assistant to verify.

add a default button for the "Root" and "Tutor" System Access groups
This feature would help when new Admins are taking over and would like to reset the customization made by previous admins back to the system defaults.

A pop up message with the session time prior to the student signing out.
A pop up message prior to signing out is desirable for students. For example, when a student signs out, a message appears notifying a student that they are 10 minutes away from completing an hour for the session. The student then either decides to cancel the sign out process and remain in the session to complete the remaining 10 minutes or proceed with the sign out.

View the current time that a student is currently signed in.
The current time can be calculated by the administrator by checking in “Who’s In” and subtracting the current time from the “Time In” time. It would be convenient if this calculation is done automatically by AccuSQL and show it to the administrator in real time.

Add frequency options to the Custom Surveys when published
Basically at the moment the custom survey is only displayed once per time period setup and we need it presented every time they sign-in/out.

Allow students to type in comments or text at sign in.
When a student signs in for an appointment or walk-in, allow a text box to be populated for students to write comments in before or after the appointment. Current custom surveys are anonymous and do not connect to the student.

Have the option of asterisks for Student ID in Media Checkout
Our kiosk can be seen by multiple students at once. It would be nice to be able to use the media checkout on the kiosk, however, the ID numbers are not hidden and there is not option to have them masked by *** in media checkout. Please add this option for FERPA reasons.
