Easily Allow Some Tutoring Areas to be Drop in Only
Our tutoring services have subject areas that only offer drop in tutoring and do not allow for appointments on Web Gateway. It would be helpful to have an option that allows for an entire category to be taken off of Web Gateway instead of having to uncheck the "Appts" box for every activity (over 1,000 in our case) assigned to these drop in categories.

Tutor queue
For drop in tutoring allow students to flag tutors based on tasks, from a lab computer. Thus tutors know who to help next.

Add "Appointment Notes" to the Email Templates that go out to Students/Tutors
Appointment Notes can only be viewed by Admins in the system which do not help unless you give Tutors some Admin privileges.

Add a Mailing Campaigns section to work with Seminars & Action Plans
The mailing campaigns are would allow admins to advertise upcoming Seminars and keep track of who was notified. This could also work with Action Plans.

Adding confidential feature
I think it would be beneficial to add a feature to allow session notes to only be seen by the staff member who typed them and root admins. I am looking at using AccuSQL with my graduate assistants who meet with students for academic coaching, and some of their sessions get very personal in nature. I wouldn't want tutors being able to see that, not just because of FERPA but also because of the ACA Code of Ethics that my grad assistants adhere to.

Add the missing "Seminar/Workshop visits" report now that we can track seminars/workshops
There is only a view in AccuTrack/AccuSQL but no report to run about who came to Seminars/Workshops.

Show all tutors, all times, on the multi-select option on web gateway that way students do not have to thumb through each tutor.
The single view is not always the best option because students have to keep changing the dates. Students would like to be able to look at a week at a time and see available appointment slots for all tutors without having to select each individual tutor.

Add the Student's Photo to the create student groups screen.
When you are creating groups it may be nice to see the student's photo when looking through the list especially if there are similar sounding names.

Enhance automated Import Features
Add email on automated import failure/success, easy viewing of where the import file is being pulled from on automatic import, error messages displayed in log file instead of just in table in software. not have to do a manual import to configure the automatic import process, place to view the mapping outside of redoing the manual import.

Allow Students to make Computer Reservations from Web Gateway or Sign-in Stations
This option would communicate with the Computer Reservations module of AccuTrack/AccuSQL and allow Students to directly make a Computer Reservation with available computers in the Computer Lab. This could be available from the Sign-in Pad, AccuTrack/AccuSQL Sign-in Station, and Web Gateway.

In Tutor Availability (showing schedule preferences) the "Not Available" option should be able to be noted
With this request they wanted the "Not Available" status to be highlighted red so you could state that you are "(Completely) Not Available" for that time period. And then maybe have a "No Preference" option to clear the schedule that does just as the "Not Available" does now.

In AccuTrack/AccuSQL and Web Gateway (online) show the available Computers in the Computer Lab Plug-in Labs for Students and Staff
This option would allow staff and students to see how full the Labs are and make better use of their time when trying to use the Computer Labs.

Ability to adjust the StaffPanel layout if not using intake system
It would be nice to remove the waiting line and make better use of the screen if the lab/center does not use the waiting list or intake system option.

Tutors being able to pull wage reports through web gateway
Tutors may have to report their hours on a separate time sheet. It would be beneficial if tutors could pull their own work hours from the web gateway report options to ensure they are inputting their hours correctly.

On the feedback Survey Reports and other Reports to change the verbiage from “no idea” to “no response” or "not specified" when the Student does not select a response as this more accurately depicts why this response was unanswered on the survey, etc.

administrator accounts or access for specific Lab ID's
We have multiple lab IDs on a single SQL server database. We created system administrators for each lab; the problem is each administrator can view or edit settings in the other labs. We want to prevent an administrator from one lab viewing or changing another lab's settings. We need administrator accounts with access to specific labs only. Or we need the ability to create an access group, but only assign the access group to a specific lab.

Display Service Type items (options) in alpha order on Sign in screen. Currently they are displayed in the order they were entered.
Currently the Activities boxes in sign in screen are shown in alpha order, but the Service type options are not. It would be nice it this feature is added.

Allow students to type in comments or text at sign in.
When a student signs in for an appointment or walk-in, allow a text box to be populated for students to write comments in before or after the appointment. Current custom surveys are anonymous and do not connect to the student.

My appointment notifications are currently arranged alphabetically, rather than chronologically. This is causing me to miss appointments.
When I receive the email, it used to be that my appts were listed by date, which, of course, is what makes sense. Lately, though, they've been organized by day-- so that all Friday appointments (even though theyre on different Fridays) are together, all Mondays together, etc.
