What will make the software work better for you?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. I would like to see a cutoff date for Tutor Schedules or have them reset at the ends of the semester

    Our Tutors need their normal/regular schedules to expire at the end of the term. The reason is that they don't see students before about 2 weeks into the semester.

  2. Reorganize and simplify Tutor Scheduling

    Move the Schedule Builder and Course Availability buttons to the Appointments section since they are primarily used for appointment scheduling setup. Also make the Tutor Schedule section sync with the Schedule builder information. I went into the Tutor Schedule and it was completely different than the approved hours in the Schedule builder. A student scheduled at a different time than what was approved because of this issue.

  3. Appointment reminders for Monday sent out on Monday instead of on the preceding Friday.

    Appointment reminders are currently being sent 72 hours in advance on Fridays instead of on the day of the appointment. Our center wants appointment reminder to go out 4 hours in advance. Also, Friday appointment reminders are all sent on Friday morning at 7am. It would be best for our center to be able to have the reminders sent out based on the settings in Accu.

  4. No shows

    Automatically cancel tutoring sessions once the maximum amount of NO SHOWS have been met. Also, system needs to distinguish if it is the tutor or the tutee that did not show up for the appointment.

  5. Would like to have a checkbox on intake system for appt sign ins

    When we use intake system, we would like to be able to see who is an appt sign in waiting and who is a walk-in. This could be a checkbox we could toggle.

  6. My appointment notifications are currently arranged alphabetically, rather than chronologically. This is causing me to miss appointments.

    When I receive the email, it used to be that my appts were listed by date, which, of course, is what makes sense. Lately, though, they've been organized by day-- so that all Friday appointments (even though theyre on different Fridays) are together, all Mondays together, etc.
