  1. Default Option to keep "Filter Log by Lab" check in Edit Sign in screen.

    In version 14, "Edit Sign-in Logs" shows ALL sign-in logs from all labs, regardless of the local lab ID.

    It it should be checked by default so you only see the sign-in logs for your local lab.

  2. Remove the ability for Students to Check-in their own Media from the Sign-in Station

    When checking out media from the Sign-in Station this process is fine because they are asked to print a slip that they turn in to the librarian to collect the books for them. Where as they can simply login and return media on their own, from the Sign-in Station, and without any intervention from our staff.

  3. Custom Report - Ability to query students with >= or <= X # of hours for a specified time period

    Labs need to query students who have < 10 hours per week in their lab. Need ability to run report based on a # of hours threshold.

  4. Prevent Non-Active Students From Checking Out Media.

    When checking out media, after entering the student ID it shows a checkbox indicating whether or not the student is Active. This is nice but I would like a way to prevent non-active students from checking out items at all because it would be a beetter solution then relying on the lab assistant to verify.

  5. Send an Email Reminder to complete Survey in Web Gateway instead of during the Sign-in/out Process

    This option would basically take advantage of the feature that allows students to complete Surveys online through Web Gateway instead of at the Sign-in Stations. An email send after the session helps remind them to complete the survey online. This may even be a good link/option you add to the bottom of the survey that says "Can't complete now, get an email reminder to complete this later."

  6. Add more email fields for Parent contact information

    Add ability to communicate with parents when a student misses a tutoring session.

  7. finding newly created appointments

    When students create an appointment online using Web Gateway, we don't have a good way to find these newly-created appointments. In the view/cancel screen, it would be great if we could add a column "appointment created on" with a date/time stamp. That way, we can sort by when the appointment was created (not just sorting by the date of the actual appointment).

  8. recurring appointments

    Our tutoring center operates using weekly appointments. When a student sets something up on Wed at 2 pm (for example), they have that appointment every week for the rest of the semester. We would love to have the ability to quickly make these appointments recurring. When we use the "repeat appointment" button, we can only repeat the appointment once - one week at a time - which makes it time consuming to set up the weekly schedule once a student makes their initial appointment.

  9. Add the ability to go back, edit, and/or remove filters in Saved Custom Querries

    This feature needs some updating as the filters need to have a help section to explain relevant options when creating the filters themselves, and the ability to go back and edit them once you have already saved and/or passed this screen in the Custom Query Wizard.

  11. Allow students to switch lab IDs online without having to sign out and sign back in under a new lab.

    Students do not always realize that they signed into the wrong lab ID and will email/call us confused. It would be great if there was a way students did not have to sign out and sign back in to another lab ID.

  12. Allow editing ability to media print slip

    We want to be able to add a statement on the media print slip, but we do not have access to edit it. Right now, we have to write on it.

  13. Have the option of asterisks for Student ID in Media Checkout

    Our kiosk can be seen by multiple students at once. It would be nice to be able to use the media checkout on the kiosk, however, the ID numbers are not hidden and there is not option to have them masked by *** in media checkout. Please add this option for FERPA reasons.

  14. Filter StaffPanel By Lab ID

    When logged in to StafPanel, by default it shows students signed in to all labs when you click "show all." It should default to the set lab ID instead or allow filtering of the other lab IDs in the signed in student window.

  15. I would like to be able to filter a report by student program

    Often I just need to know how many students registered in one particular program are accessing our services/activities. Also, some students end up in a generic program (i.e. NCR) and I would like to pull a report of just those students so I can easily go in and change their program code to the actual program they are in.

  17. Session Questionnaire per category

    Session Questionnaires that encompass questions for every category offered are going to be lengthy and cumbersome to create and navigate. I suggest you offer the option of having session questionnaires per category. Data collection is critical and session log notes cannot possibly compare to tabled data compiled from a comprehensive questionnaire.

  18. Tutor queue

    For drop in tutoring allow students to flag tutors based on tasks, from a lab computer. Thus tutors know who to help next.

  19. Add "Appointment Notes" to the Email Templates that go out to Students/Tutors

    Appointment Notes can only be viewed by Admins in the system which do not help unless you give Tutors some Admin privileges.

  20. Add frequency options to the Custom Surveys when published

    Basically at the moment the custom survey is only displayed once per time period setup and we need it presented every time they sign-in/out.
