Simplify appointment scheduling
The AccuTrackSQL appointment scheduler is very cumbersome. Currently, students need to click approximately nine different times to make one appointment. There should be a way to reduce the number of clicks a student must make or the number of screens a student must see in order to schedule an appointment. If this scheduler were similar to the AccuSL model, it would be more user friendly.

Seminars - Allow only students in an assigned student group to register
We have seminars that should be available for certain students to register for, and not potentially the entire student population. Can we have a setting where only students that are members of a certain student group can register? This would be extremely helpful!

Ability to open more than one screen at the same time
For example, the weekly/daily viewer open at the same time as the student sign-in screen.

Allow student to answer their surveys with AccuSL
Instead of showing the survey at student sign-in or sign-out, email the student an invitation to answer the survey via AccuSL.

Media renewal
It would be very helpful if we could get a media renewal option put into the software. Right now, the only option is to check the media back in and then type the student ID back in and check the item back out to the student. If there was a button to update the "due date", I think it would save some time for the user.

Option to alphabetize by last name!
Can we change the alphabetizing of student names so that it alphabetizes by last name versus first name on the reports, specifically payroll?

Quick Panel
Our center uses Accutrack for tutoring and (supplemental instruction) SI simultaneously, and we have lots of students signed in at once in Quick Panel. Our receptionists handle signing students in, out, and editing the sign in logs. Quick Panel makes it so easy to sign students out and edit the logs, but we do not use the Intake System, so if there was an option to remove that window or minimize it so that the "Students Signed In" window was larger (so a receptionist can immediately see the student, activity, and tutor), that would be very helpful.

Peak Hours/Chart Visits Report for Individual Tutors
There currently isn't a way to identify the hours that are least utilized on an individual tutor basis. Many of our tutors can tutor in multiple subjects, so using charts visits for activities/categories isn't helpful. We know our center's busiest hours, but that isn't helpful when it comes to figuring out what hours to cut for tutors if hardly anyone is seeing them at that time, or how to tell if we need to add additional tutors in that subject at a particular time slot because our current tutors are getting an overflow of students.

Easier way to export student/tutor email addresses
Can we add a way to export tutee/student email addresses to an excel document? Also is there a faster or easier way to export tutor email addresses to use for mass email mailings? Can we create, edit and use mass mailings through AccuTrack to automatically send emails to specific student/tutor populations?

Ability to Run a Scheduled Report Monthly Option
I would prefer to run some scheduled reports on a monthly basis (utilization, charts visits, summary, etc.) instead of a weekly or multiple days a week. Is this something that can be implemented?

Have Minimum Signin Time Locked v. only a warning message
When you set a minimum sign in preiod for a student, it only warns them they have not met the minimum, but they can still pick Yes or No to sign out. We need it to not let them sign out at all until the minimum is met.

Tutor Schedule Setup
On the tutor set-up page, provide a button to input schedule when inputting the rest of their information. It's not very productive to have to close form and open another page just to put in the Tutor schedule.

I would like to have a report to see who is working when in a spreadsheet format
I need to see a spreadsheet view of the week so I can see that we are fully staffed. I sent a sample spreadsheet to David on 1/7/2012 at 2:30 PM. Thanks!

Report showing number of students signed in by hour
Similar to Number of Sign-Ins by Hour, but will include number of students that signed-in at a previous hour and are still signed in at the next hour. (EX: 4 students signed in between 8A-9A, and 2 of those 4 signed out before 9A. Between 9A-10A, 3 more students signed in. Report will show 5 students as being signed in between 9A-10A, instead of what would currently be reported as 3 students.) This will give a more accurate report of the peak hours.

Ability to import each activity appointment minimum and maximum
Basically to specify the min and maximum of each activity I have to manually edit all my classes we offer appointments for because some we only allow 30 minutes and some we only allow an hour appointment.

Allow the "Tutor Activity Assignment" import to replace the existing assignments
When you run the "Tutor Activity Assignment" data import, it adds the tutor's assignments to the assignments the tutor already has.
The only way to remove the assignments is to go to Tutor Setup and do each one, one at a time.
I would like to see an option on the data import screen to "Overwrite Current Tutor Assignments" similar to the option for importing the "Student Registration".

Signing Out a Student
Create a sign out button on the Tutor Pad or in the Session Log for tutors to sign students out manually if they don't have access to a kiosk.

I need a report that shows the number of distinct individual students for the entire month and by activity
I need a report that shows the number of distinct individuals who came to our center during a specific time period and another that shows the number of distinct individuals who attended each activity separately during a specific time period.
5 votesThis is already there. Generate Visits By Activity report with “Summary” option selected. The # of Students is the distinct number you are looking for. This can be generated for last month or any period you like.
