Peak Hours/Chart Visits Report for Individual Tutors
There currently isn't a way to identify the hours that are least utilized on an individual tutor basis. Many of our tutors can tutor in multiple subjects, so using charts visits for activities/categories isn't helpful. We know our center's busiest hours, but that isn't helpful when it comes to figuring out what hours to cut for tutors if hardly anyone is seeing them at that time, or how to tell if we need to add additional tutors in that subject at a particular time slot because our current tutors are getting an overflow of students.
If we can have a report that shows the tutor's utilization per hour per week, or a breakdown of students seen listed by day and time versus student/activity (or just number of students, as in the daily sign ins/daily peak hours tables in chart visits), this would drastically help our budget and planning.
It helps to know what is generally our busiest times/day, but what if we are only busiest then because that is when the most helpful tutors and SI Leaders are scheduled, and not really reflective of student demand?
I believe the easiest way to do this is by having the option of the "chart visits" report to be filtered by individual tutor. It would be nice to see the return rate, average time spent in a session, etc. with individual tutors. We can do them by student, why can't they be done by tutor? It seems like it would be easier to add this feature than create an entire report.

We have added Tutor as a filter for the report as of version 2017
