Create a report that shows tutor tasks with hours worked.
We have tutors and other workers doing different tasks, we need a report that shows the task with the time they worked for Payroll.

Set Appointment by Student: Show Student Name Selected on 2nd screen of Process
Once you select the student you are brought to another screen to choose the Category, Activity, Room, and days. Would it be possible to display the student name chosen for appointment on this screen?

finding newly created appointments
When students create an appointment online using Web Gateway, we don't have a good way to find these newly-created appointments. In the view/cancel screen, it would be great if we could add a column "appointment created on" with a date/time stamp. That way, we can sort by when the appointment was created (not just sorting by the date of the actual appointment).

recurring appointments
Our tutoring center operates using weekly appointments. When a student sets something up on Wed at 2 pm (for example), they have that appointment every week for the rest of the semester. We would love to have the ability to quickly make these appointments recurring. When we use the "repeat appointment" button, we can only repeat the appointment once - one week at a time - which makes it time consuming to set up the weekly schedule once a student makes their initial appointment.

add the ability to set Tutor's schedule to a specific category
Instead of only having the only option to set the tutor's schedule to a specific activity or service we should also have the ability to set it to a specific category.

Remove the ability for Students to Check-in their own Media from the Sign-in Station
When checking out media from the Sign-in Station this process is fine because they are asked to print a slip that they turn in to the librarian to collect the books for them. Where as they can simply login and return media on their own, from the Sign-in Station, and without any intervention from our staff.

Add the ability to go back, edit, and/or remove filters in Saved Custom Querries
This feature needs some updating as the filters need to have a help section to explain relevant options when creating the filters themselves, and the ability to go back and edit them once you have already saved and/or passed this screen in the Custom Query Wizard.

Media Checkouts per Local Lab
The Library and Tech Team house 2 different repositories for media that can be checked out and I don't currently see a way to make this specific to the Center/Lab I am working in. Can this be updated to designate the Local Lab?

On the feedback Survey Reports and other Reports to change the verbiage from “no idea” to “no response” or "not specified" when the Student does not select a response as this more accurately depicts why this response was unanswered on the survey, etc.

Ability to sync Tutor hours to Outlook Calendar
Our tutors have their schedules on their Outlook calendar with times blocked out for meetings. It would be great If AccuSQL had an option to synce with Outlook calendar so did not have to do dual entry of appointments in Outlook and AccuSQL.

Set Custom Off Times for Multiple Tutors at one time
We have 15 labs using 1 database on AccuSQL. If we set the system off times settings to be off for Spring Break, this causes an issue with our testing center because they are open during Spring break. As a workaround, I told tutor center they can change each tutors individual off time but they have 80+ tutors and can only do one at a time. Could the Tutor off time screen allow to select multiple tutors to batch set off times for specific Tutors? OR ability to set different global off times per lab?

Ability to edit sign-in log to add multiple students
Edit sign-in log to help group multiple students to one booked appointment. We want to be able to track some how group appointments. We often get one student booking and bring several students with them, we would like too track that to one session by editing the sign-in and adding the multiple students.

Tutor activity over rided
Ability to override tutor activities and be able to select all available courses and not just ones that are assigned to the tutor. This would be in the Set Appointments, and even Edit Log.

Options to make the sign-in bar after sign-in bigger and ability to change the location of the sign-in bar once a appointment is signed in

Filter StaffPanel By Lab ID
When logged in to StafPanel, by default it shows students signed in to all labs when you click "show all." It should default to the set lab ID instead or allow filtering of the other lab IDs in the signed in student window.

I would like to be able to filter a report by student program
Often I just need to know how many students registered in one particular program are accessing our services/activities. Also, some students end up in a generic program (i.e. NCR) and I would like to pull a report of just those students so I can easily go in and change their program code to the actual program they are in.

Custom Report - Ability to query students with >= or <= X # of hours for a specified time period
Labs need to query students who have < 10 hours per week in their lab. Need ability to run report based on a # of hours threshold.

Modify Sign-Out Stats Notification
Add option to only show totals for this lab or all labs
Or change the text for the total line from 'Center' to 'ALL CENTERS' or 'ALL LABS' to make more clear what that total is.1 vote
