  1. Have the option of asterisks for Student ID in Media Checkout

    Our kiosk can be seen by multiple students at once. It would be nice to be able to use the media checkout on the kiosk, however, the ID numbers are not hidden and there is not option to have them masked by *** in media checkout. Please add this option for FERPA reasons.

  2. Tutors being able to pull wage reports through web gateway

    Tutors may have to report their hours on a separate time sheet. It would be beneficial if tutors could pull their own work hours from the web gateway report options to ensure they are inputting their hours correctly.

  3. Show all tutors, all times, on the multi-select option on web gateway that way students do not have to thumb through each tutor.

    The single view is not always the best option because students have to keep changing the dates. Students would like to be able to look at a week at a time and see available appointment slots for all tutors without having to select each individual tutor.

  4. Allow students to switch lab IDs online without having to sign out and sign back in under a new lab.

    Students do not always realize that they signed into the wrong lab ID and will email/call us confused. It would be great if there was a way students did not have to sign out and sign back in to another lab ID.

  5. Allow a student to use the back button in webgateway.

    When students are utilizing web gateway, and want to go back from the tutor selection page to the category/activity page they will get an error and will have to go back to the link to retrieve the website.

  6. Be able to generate a Daily Graph to show How many tutoring Appointments are being held in each tutoring space.

    I want to generate a line graph to monitor the use of each space by hour each day. It took me 40 minutes to create a report I can use from ACCU reports through Excel.

  8. Adding confidential feature

    I think it would be beneficial to add a feature to allow session notes to only be seen by the staff member who typed them and root admins. I am looking at using AccuSQL with my graduate assistants who meet with students for academic coaching, and some of their sessions get very personal in nature. I wouldn't want tutors being able to see that, not just because of FERPA but also because of the ACA Code of Ethics that my grad assistants adhere to.

  9. Session Questionnaire per category

    Session Questionnaires that encompass questions for every category offered are going to be lengthy and cumbersome to create and navigate. I suggest you offer the option of having session questionnaires per category. Data collection is critical and session log notes cannot possibly compare to tabled data compiled from a comprehensive questionnaire.

  10. The labeling of your YouTube tutorials

    As a new customer, I have been going through your video files trying to determine which are relevant to me. From what I have figured out, you name them according to the year/version they were created. e.g. AccuTrack/AccuSQL 2014 Webinar - Importing Data

    However, I have no idea whether older versions are applicable to me now with the 2018 version. It would be useful to identify the example as "For 2014 version and newer."

  11. Ability to sync AccuSQL with Google Calendars

    Similar to the request to sync tutor hours to the Outlook calendar, I would love it if we could sync tutor/staff hours and appointments with Google calendar. Many in my office do not use AccuSQL and probably won't, but they do check Google calendars for availability.

  12. Add the missing "Seminar/Workshop visits" report now that we can track seminars/workshops

    There is only a view in AccuTrack/AccuSQL but no report to run about who came to Seminars/Workshops.

  13. Add a Mailing Campaigns section to work with Seminars & Action Plans

    The mailing campaigns are would allow admins to advertise upcoming Seminars and keep track of who was notified. This could also work with Action Plans.

  14. Allow Students to make Computer Reservations from Web Gateway or Sign-in Stations

    This option would communicate with the Computer Reservations module of AccuTrack/AccuSQL and allow Students to directly make a Computer Reservation with available computers in the Computer Lab. This could be available from the Sign-in Pad, AccuTrack/AccuSQL Sign-in Station, and Web Gateway.

  15. Add "Appointment Notes" to the Email Templates that go out to Students/Tutors

    Appointment Notes can only be viewed by Admins in the system which do not help unless you give Tutors some Admin privileges.

  16. Send an Email Reminder to complete Survey in Web Gateway instead of during the Sign-in/out Process

    This option would basically take advantage of the feature that allows students to complete Surveys online through Web Gateway instead of at the Sign-in Stations. An email send after the session helps remind them to complete the survey online. This may even be a good link/option you add to the bottom of the survey that says "Can't complete now, get an email reminder to complete this later."

  17. In Tutor Availability (showing schedule preferences) the "Not Available" option should be able to be noted

    With this request they wanted the "Not Available" status to be highlighted red so you could state that you are "(Completely) Not Available" for that time period. And then maybe have a "No Preference" option to clear the schedule that does just as the "Not Available" does now.

  18. In AccuTrack/AccuSQL and Web Gateway (online) show the available Computers in the Computer Lab Plug-in Labs for Students and Staff

    This option would allow staff and students to see how full the Labs are and make better use of their time when trying to use the Computer Labs.

  20. Prevent student from using the Windows + D key to surpass the CompLab sign in screen.

    When using the CompLab application for student sign in at a computer, students are able to get past the sign in screen by using the key macro Windows Key + D.

    This can cause the reports for a computer lab to be inaccurate and allow non regiestered students to use the computers.
