   I would love to have lab specific questionnaires! Part of the appeal of AccuSql at my college has been that it offers such a vast reduction in paperwork and paperwork processing. Having lab specific questionnaires would allow us to further reduce that paperwork by making those questions electronic. This data could then be embedded in each service's individual reports. Without lab specific questions, the data is redundant and best and useless at worst. I vote YES! :-)
