Reports button on the Tutor Pad should pull reports based on the user's Reports Access not just their tutor role.
I noticed that the Tutor Pad's report button only reflects the standard reports that Tutors have access to but I would like it to actually reflect the reports they have access to from Reports Access in my database. Instead they have to go into the System Admin panel from clicking Admin Button > Reports from the Tutor Pad. It is extra steps and confusing for Tutors who click on the Reports button. I had to disable it so they realize to go into the System Admin panel.

Seminars - Allow only students in an assigned student group to register
We have seminars that should be available for certain students to register for, and not potentially the entire student population. Can we have a setting where only students that are members of a certain student group can register? This would be extremely helpful!

Allow student surveys to be emailed rather than have to do immediate exit survey.
Students sometimes feel great after a session. But do they still feel good about the session after a day or two? Did practical application have a long term effect on the learner? Who knows? The student knows. Let us find out.

Ability to Sign in Students from AccuBuzz
When you open AccuBuzz student intake system should have a sign student in feature identical to intake system login feature.

Email sign in Alert
Email alert be sent to an Instructor or Counselor that a new "User" (not an appointment) has Signed in to see them.

Add advisor name to sign-out screen
We would like the ability to view the advisor's name in the sign-out screen next to the students name. It's easier to figure out who they are this way.

Change activity, catagory, or advisor while in the intake system screen.
Students who sign in may have not signed in to the correct activity, category, or advisor. Our front desk needs to change these items so they are correct while they are still waiting. Advisors can then view accurate information about those who are waiting.

Need to provide a means to turn off the Full screen mode! at sign in
I had to upgreade from 12.03 to 12.05 to correct a problem with one of my advisors. In the upgrade the system runs in full screen mode. Our advisors run two instances at once because they are signiing students in and out at their desks. This full screen mode is creating issues for them as the cannot access other screens, Blackboard, Student central etc. They have to shut down the sign in screen or Alt Tab Or totally minimize in order to make the system work. Need to provide a Kiosk "Mode" that can be turned on and off (so…

Group selection window wider in reporting.
When creating student groups the description window is wide enough to see the entire description. When running reports and choosing groups, the description window is very narrow and you can not read the entire group description.

Change sort order on Student Group reports
When running the Student Group report, students are sorted by First Name but it displays Last Name, First Name. So all the Amanda's are at the top of the list regardless of their last name. And if just one or two groups are filtered on, the report sorts by student id # which is not displayed. You can't find anyone on the list.

Simplify appointment scheduling
The AccuTrackSQL appointment scheduler is very cumbersome. Currently, students need to click approximately nine different times to make one appointment. There should be a way to reduce the number of clicks a student must make or the number of screens a student must see in order to schedule an appointment. If this scheduler were similar to the AccuSL model, it would be more user friendly.

Allow the "Tutor Activity Assignment" import to replace the existing assignments
When you run the "Tutor Activity Assignment" data import, it adds the tutor's assignments to the assignments the tutor already has.
The only way to remove the assignments is to go to Tutor Setup and do each one, one at a time.
I would like to see an option on the data import screen to "Overwrite Current Tutor Assignments" similar to the option for importing the "Student Registration".

Option to alphabetize by last name!
Can we change the alphabetizing of student names so that it alphabetizes by last name versus first name on the reports, specifically payroll?

Easier way to export student/tutor email addresses
Can we add a way to export tutee/student email addresses to an excel document? Also is there a faster or easier way to export tutor email addresses to use for mass email mailings? Can we create, edit and use mass mailings through AccuTrack to automatically send emails to specific student/tutor populations?

I need a report that shows the number of distinct individual students for the entire month and by activity
I need a report that shows the number of distinct individuals who came to our center during a specific time period and another that shows the number of distinct individuals who attended each activity separately during a specific time period.
5 votesThis is already there. Generate Visits By Activity report with “Summary” option selected. The # of Students is the distinct number you are looking for. This can be generated for last month or any period you like.

When doing reports it would be more efficient to keep time period the same on all reports until I change it..
I find I have to keep adjusting the dates on the Period Filter. If it would remain the same for all the reports I am doing until I change the date, it would be very helpful.
4 votesYou can use the push pin to lock the period. Also you can memorize a report to save time period per report.

Be able to delete or archive reports that I never use
I find the list of possible reports too long, I would like to make it more user friendly for myself and others who use this product less often than I do.

Tutor Schedule Setup
On the tutor set-up page, provide a button to input schedule when inputting the rest of their information. It's not very productive to have to close form and open another page just to put in the Tutor schedule.
