Signing Out a Student
Create a sign out button on the Tutor Pad or in the Session Log for tutors to sign students out manually if they don't have access to a kiosk.

Allow student surveys to be emailed rather than have to do immediate exit survey.
Students sometimes feel great after a session. But do they still feel good about the session after a day or two? Did practical application have a long term effect on the learner? Who knows? The student knows. Let us find out.

Limit the maximum appointments able to be scheduled for a particular tutor per week on the tutor profile
We allow our tutors to limit their weekly appointments based on their personal time management needs. Our tutors are students, so they have their own course loads to manage in addition to their tutoring sessions and prep time. Our tutors report to the center only when they have appointments. They offer lots of availability to accommodate student need, but they don't necessarily want to work all of those hours due to their own study needs. Show the tutor name when a student signs in for an appointment
Because we don't allow same day cancellations of appointments, when a student signs in to appointments and checks "view/cancel" nothing shows up. When the student signs in for an appointment, it just shows they signed in, it doesn't show the tutor's name, which would be helpful since many students don't remember who they signed up for and we have several tutors who do the same activities here at once.

When doing reports it would be more efficient to keep time period the same on all reports until I change it..
I find I have to keep adjusting the dates on the Period Filter. If it would remain the same for all the reports I am doing until I change the date, it would be very helpful.
4 votesYou can use the push pin to lock the period. Also you can memorize a report to save time period per report.

Email sign in Alert
Email alert be sent to an Instructor or Counselor that a new "User" (not an appointment) has Signed in to see them.

Add advisor name to sign-out screen
We would like the ability to view the advisor's name in the sign-out screen next to the students name. It's easier to figure out who they are this way.

Silent install of AccuSQL from command line.
Add the ability to do a silent install of the program by pointing to a configuration file that will contain the database location and information, the type of sample database to copy and the lab name if specified.

Reports button on the Tutor Pad should pull reports based on the user's Reports Access not just their tutor role.
I noticed that the Tutor Pad's report button only reflects the standard reports that Tutors have access to but I would like it to actually reflect the reports they have access to from Reports Access in my database. Instead they have to go into the System Admin panel from clicking Admin Button > Reports from the Tutor Pad. It is extra steps and confusing for Tutors who click on the Reports button. I had to disable it so they realize to go into the System Admin panel.

Ability to Sign in Students from AccuBuzz
When you open AccuBuzz student intake system should have a sign student in feature identical to intake system login feature.

Change activity, catagory, or advisor while in the intake system screen.
Students who sign in may have not signed in to the correct activity, category, or advisor. Our front desk needs to change these items so they are correct while they are still waiting. Advisors can then view accurate information about those who are waiting.

Simplify the import process for registering students.
Currently we use this software for our Nursing students. Each program has its own Categories, ID's and Activities. For example:
AVS, Self Practice, Trach Care
AVS, Self Practice, Wound Care
NUR1, Self Practice, Vital Signsetc etc
Currently I have to attach a student name to every single category, ID and activity.
When I register a single student from the registration tab within AccuSQL it knows to assign the student to every activity under that category.
But, if I import a new student it can't make the same assumption. I would like the data import file to also be able…

Please, please let us change the information in AccuSL
There is no way to change the look of AccuSL at all. There must be a way we incorporate the use of style sheets, or create our own skins for it? If not, that is really needed by everyone using AccuSL.

Need to provide a means to turn off the Full screen mode! at sign in
I had to upgreade from 12.03 to 12.05 to correct a problem with one of my advisors. In the upgrade the system runs in full screen mode. Our advisors run two instances at once because they are signiing students in and out at their desks. This full screen mode is creating issues for them as the cannot access other screens, Blackboard, Student central etc. They have to shut down the sign in screen or Alt Tab Or totally minimize in order to make the system work. Display a Student Profile Picture on Sign in
I would like to have a place we could either store or reference a url for student pictures that match an identifier. This would allows to make sure that the person signing in is the real person
3 votesThe software already has the capability to display student pictures on sign-in. Check the appropriate option in the Control Panel to turn this feature on: Visit Tracking Module Options → Picture Confirmation → [ ] Students need picture confirmation to sign in.

Be able to delete or archive reports that I never use
I find the list of possible reports too long, I would like to make it more user friendly for myself and others who use this product less often than I do.
