What will make the software work better for you?

  1. Ability to import each activity appointment minimum and maximum

    Basically to specify the min and maximum of each activity I have to manually edit all my classes we offer appointments for because some we only allow 30 minutes and some we only allow an hour appointment.

  2. Limit the maximum appointments able to be scheduled for a particular tutor per week on the tutor profile

    We allow our tutors to limit their weekly appointments based on their personal time management needs. Our tutors are students, so they have their own course loads to manage in addition to their tutoring sessions and prep time. Our tutors report to the center only when they have appointments. They offer lots of availability to accommodate student need, but they don't necessarily want to work all of those hours due to their own study needs.   3. Simplify appointment scheduling

    The AccuTrackSQL appointment scheduler is very cumbersome. Currently, students need to click approximately nine different times to make one appointment. There should be a way to reduce the number of clicks a student must make or the number of screens a student must see in order to schedule an appointment. If this scheduler were similar to the AccuSL model, it would be more user friendly.

    Done! We added a Quick Scheduler to AccuTrack/AccuSQL 2014. With this, you can schedule the appointment in just 4 clicks! Thanks for the feedback and we hope you will enjoy the new feature.

  4. Have the ability to set multiple tutoring appointments for different times slots.

    AccuTrack can schedule the same appointment over several days by dragging the mouse down to select these days. We need the ability to schedule multiple appointments at different times on the same screen.
