  1. Display a Student Profile Picture on Sign in

    I would like to have a place we could either store or reference a url for student pictures that match an identifier. This would allows to make sure that the person signing in is the real person

    The software already has the capability to display student pictures on sign-in. Check the appropriate option in the Control Panel to turn this feature on: Visit Tracking Module Options → Picture Confirmation → [ ] Students need picture confirmation to sign in.

  3. Change sort order on Student Group reports

    When running the Student Group report, students are sorted by First Name but it displays Last Name, First Name. So all the Amanda's are at the top of the list regardless of their last name. And if just one or two groups are filtered on, the report sorts by student id # which is not displayed. You can't find anyone on the list.

  7. When uploading a CSV file in the import process it does not seem to save previous mappings

    If I leave the settings on "delimited" for the File Type it shows the remembered mappings but once I switch it to "CSV" for the File Type (to not import the import file headings) I lose the remembered mappings it seems.

  9. In the heading of Reports include the filters I selected.

    If I choose a Tutor "Emily Rose" and a student group "At Risk" then display these selections in the header of every page of the report so I know which report it is I ran.

  10. Be able to check out media using multiple student ID numbers

    Currently our system allows students to sign into our center by typing their student ID #, or by scanning their student ID card (which has a barcode # unrelated to their student ID #). This is extremely convenient for students. However, when checking out media, it appears the only option is the student ID number. This makes our barcode scanner useless and uses extra time as our staff now have to manually enter student ID numbers, instead of just scanning ID card to checkout media.

    Is there a way to get the same multiple ID options on media checkout that…

    When importing Activities, provide a check box to allow update of activity if it exists from a previous semester.

  12. Group selection window wider in reporting.

    When creating student groups the description window is wide enough to see the entire description. When running reports and choosing groups, the description window is very narrow and you can not read the entire group description.

  13. Have the ability to set multiple tutoring appointments for different times slots.

    AccuTrack can schedule the same appointment over several days by dragging the mouse down to select these days. We need the ability to schedule multiple appointments at different times on the same screen.

  14. The user interface for the web version is confusing for students.

    Our students are asked to "log in with your student ID# and password" and to request a password if they don't have one, but then they're sent the password, and it's their ID#. This confuses them. Why not return to the previous version, where students were told "your ID# is also your password for the first login. Please change it once you have logged in for the first time"?

  15. Allow copying Tutor/Advisor Assignments

    Allow copying the assigned activities from one tutor / advisor to another. This will make the assignment process quicker especially for staff members with the same or about the same assignments.

  16. Disable appointment Sign-Out Feature

    Can we shut off the sign-out feature? And can you default the appointment signed-in time to the pre-booked scheduled appointment times? We want to be able to report if a student showed up for their booked 30 minute, or 60 minute appointment. The reason being, the way the centre works is if a student only stays for 15 minutes of their 30 minute appointment they booked online, we would count that as 30 minutes as it eliminates another student to use the tutors time.

  17. Remove 5 minute intervals when booking an appointment.

    Currently we are scheduling appointments only on the half hour mark. When a student books an appointment via Web Gateway they are given the option to book in five minute increments. Therefore if they book an appointment for 35 minutes they will remove our tutor for two half hour time slots, but only be ducted for 35 minutes. Please disable the ability to book an appointment in five minute increments

  18. The ability to change the time increments in which the scheduler is displayed

    Our college does not schedule classes on the half hour mark. It would be ideal if we had the option to define the increments in which the schedule is displayed in.

  20. Limit edit sign-in Log from Staff Panel only to tutors assigned to that Lab.

    When edit Sign-in Log from Staff Panel, All tutors are listed. Should only list tutors that are assigned to that Lab. Also, when hit binocular icon next to tutor drop-down get error 'File 'formatstring.prg' does not exist.
