What will make the software work better for you?

You've used all your votes and won't be able to post a new idea, but you can still search and comment on existing ideas.

There are two ways to get more votes:

  • When an admin closes an idea you've voted on, you'll get your votes back from that idea.
  • You can remove your votes from an open idea you support.
  • To see ideas you have already voted on, select the "My feedback" filter and select "My open ideas".

  1. Ability to Sign in Students from AccuBuzz

    When you open AccuBuzz student intake system should have a sign student in feature identical to intake system login feature.

  2. Change activity, catagory, or advisor while in the intake system screen.

    Students who sign in may have not signed in to the correct activity, category, or advisor. Our front desk needs to change these items so they are correct while they are still waiting. Advisors can then view accurate information about those who are waiting.

  3. The user interface for the web version is confusing for students.

    Our students are asked to "log in with your student ID# and password" and to request a password if they don't have one, but then they're sent the password, and it's their ID#. This confuses them. Why not return to the previous version, where students were told "your ID# is also your password for the first login. Please change it once you have logged in for the first time"?

  4. Have Minimum Signin Time Locked v. only a warning message

    When you set a minimum sign in preiod for a student, it only warns them they have not met the minimum, but they can still pick Yes or No to sign out. We need it to not let them sign out at all until the minimum is met.

  5. Make the sign-in and sign-out notifications bigger, bolder, and centered vertically and horzintally on the screen.

  6. Have a Sign-in Stats box that has the ability to stay on screen a given number of seconds, as there is the option for sign-out stats.
