  1. Silent install of AccuSQL from command line.

    Add the ability to do a silent install of the program by pointing to a configuration file that will contain the database location and information, the type of sample database to copy and the lab name if specified.

  2. Limit edit sign-in Log from Staff Panel only to tutors assigned to that Lab.

    When edit Sign-in Log from Staff Panel, All tutors are listed. Should only list tutors that are assigned to that Lab. Also, when hit binocular icon next to tutor drop-down get error 'File 'formatstring.prg' does not exist.

  3. Allow a Budget to be set for a Tutor

    Often a tutor is funded through a grant, workstudy, or separate department with a specific budget amount for a given year or semester. Add a block to include this for a tutor and show what is remaining on pay reports.

  5. Ability to Run a Scheduled Report Monthly Option

    I would prefer to run some scheduled reports on a monthly basis (utilization, charts visits, summary, etc.) instead of a weekly or multiple days a week. Is this something that can be implemented?

  6. Peak Hours/Chart Visits Report for Individual Tutors

    There currently isn't a way to identify the hours that are least utilized on an individual tutor basis. Many of our tutors can tutor in multiple subjects, so using charts visits for activities/categories isn't helpful. We know our center's busiest hours, but that isn't helpful when it comes to figuring out what hours to cut for tutors if hardly anyone is seeing them at that time, or how to tell if we need to add additional tutors in that subject at a particular time slot because our current tutors are getting an overflow of students.

  7. Quick Panel

    Our center uses Accutrack for tutoring and (supplemental instruction) SI simultaneously, and we have lots of students signed in at once in Quick Panel. Our receptionists handle signing students in, out, and editing the sign in logs. Quick Panel makes it so easy to sign students out and edit the logs, but we do not use the Intake System, so if there was an option to remove that window or minimize it so that the "Students Signed In" window was larger (so a receptionist can immediately see the student, activity, and tutor), that would be very helpful.

  8. Display a Student Profile Picture on Sign in

    I would like to have a place we could either store or reference a url for student pictures that match an identifier. This would allows to make sure that the person signing in is the real person

    The software already has the capability to display student pictures on sign-in. Check the appropriate option in the Control Panel to turn this feature on: Visit Tracking Module Options → Picture Confirmation → [ ] Students need picture confirmation to sign in.

  9. Provide the ability to change the increments used in Tutor Schedule interface

    Seeing that our appointments are restricted to either a half hour or an hour and our tutors are scheduled on the half hour or hour mark, the five minute increments the tutor schedule system uses is not needed. Scheduling tutors with this five minute increment system is troublesome and prone to error.

  10. When uploading a CSV file in the import process it does not seem to save previous mappings

    If I leave the settings on "delimited" for the File Type it shows the remembered mappings but once I switch it to "CSV" for the File Type (to not import the import file headings) I lose the remembered mappings it seems.

  11. Disable appointment Sign-Out Feature

    Can we shut off the sign-out feature? And can you default the appointment signed-in time to the pre-booked scheduled appointment times? We want to be able to report if a student showed up for their booked 30 minute, or 60 minute appointment. The reason being, the way the centre works is if a student only stays for 15 minutes of their 30 minute appointment they booked online, we would count that as 30 minutes as it eliminates another student to use the tutors time.

  13. Show the tutor name when a student signs in for an appointment

    Because we don't allow same day cancellations of appointments, when a student signs in to appointments and checks "view/cancel" nothing shows up. When the student signs in for an appointment, it just shows they signed in, it doesn't show the tutor's name, which would be helpful since many students don't remember who they signed up for and we have several tutors who do the same activities here at once.

  14. In the heading of Reports include the filters I selected.

    If I choose a Tutor "Emily Rose" and a student group "At Risk" then display these selections in the header of every page of the report so I know which report it is I ran.

  15. Be able to check out media using multiple student ID numbers

    Currently our system allows students to sign into our center by typing their student ID #, or by scanning their student ID card (which has a barcode # unrelated to their student ID #). This is extremely convenient for students. However, when checking out media, it appears the only option is the student ID number. This makes our barcode scanner useless and uses extra time as our staff now have to manually enter student ID numbers, instead of just scanning ID card to checkout media.

  17. Ability to import each activity appointment minimum and maximum

    Basically to specify the min and maximum of each activity I have to manually edit all my classes we offer appointments for because some we only allow 30 minutes and some we only allow an hour appointment.

  18. Simplify the import process for registering students.

    Currently we use this software for our Nursing students. Each program has its own Categories, ID's and Activities. For example:

    AVS, Self Practice, Trach Care
    AVS, Self Practice, Wound Care
    NUR1, Self Practice, Vital Signs

    etc etc

    Currently I have to attach a student name to every single category, ID and activity.

    When I register a single student from the registration tab within AccuSQL it knows to assign the student to every activity under that category.

    But, if I import a new student it can't make the same assumption. I would like the data import file to also be able…

  19. Media renewal

    It would be very helpful if we could get a media renewal option put into the software. Right now, the only option is to check the media back in and then type the student ID back in and check the item back out to the student. If there was a button to update the "due date", I think it would save some time for the user.

  20. Limit the maximum appointments able to be scheduled for a particular tutor per week on the tutor profile

    We allow our tutors to limit their weekly appointments based on their personal time management needs. Our tutors are students, so they have their own course loads to manage in addition to their tutoring sessions and prep time. Our tutors report to the center only when they have appointments. They offer lots of availability to accommodate student need, but they don't necessarily want to work all of those hours due to their own study needs.
