Tutor Activity Reports can be filtered by LabID
Currently when run tutor activity reports cannot filter by LabID. The only way to get reports for a specific lab is to set up a tutor group. This is an extra step and with some centers with 80 tutors is a lot of manual work.

Display Service Type items (options) in alpha order on Sign in screen. Currently they are displayed in the order they were entered.
Currently the Activities boxes in sign in screen are shown in alpha order, but the Service type options are not. It would be nice it this feature is added.

Custom Report - Ability to query students with >= or <= X # of hours for a specified time period
Labs need to query students who have < 10 hours per week in their lab. Need ability to run report based on a # of hours threshold.

Modify Sign-Out Stats Notification
Add option to only show totals for this lab or all labs
Or change the text for the total line from 'Center' to 'ALL CENTERS' or 'ALL LABS' to make more clear what that total is.1 vote -
Edit and Rename Scheduled Reports
I have over 50 scheduled reports each semester, and it's always increasing. I usually have to go in and change the reports slightly (add different activities or labs, different semesters, tutors/tutor groups, student groups, etc.) or rename them because I keep adding other similar reports. Now, I usually don't have to change who the report is sent to, or where it is stored on a local drive, or when it is ran, which are the only editable options. To change anything else, I have to completely redo or start the report from scratch. Even if I accidentally missed one activity…

Add ability to Filter Sign Out screen for a particular activity.
If need to sign out all students for a particular activity need a filter added for Activity to the sign out screen.

Student Profile button on the Staff Panel
Replace the view visits button with view profile. The profile displayed should be the lab specific profile. This will enable entities to collect information at sign in that can be viewed quickly. Otherwise, it requires the user to go to the student view and search for the signed in student to view the information gathered at sign in.

Enhance automated Import Features
Add email on automated import failure/success, easy viewing of where the import file is being pulled from on automatic import, error messages displayed in log file instead of just in table in software. not have to do a manual import to configure the automatic import process, place to view the mapping outside of redoing the manual import.

Adding cell phone number box to the student profile update
Instead of the default "phone number" in the student profile update being mapped to a student's home phone, it would be useful for text messaging to have the option of a home and cell phone, or turning on just cell phone to show, so it will be mapped correctly in the student's profile. This way we can send students text messages without having them enter their cell phones separately using the intake system. This would save us time, as many students are eager to get to tutoring before the intake system asks them for their cell phone and they walk…

Add Ability to Schedule Customized Reports into Version 14
We were able to schedule customized reports in Version 12, but this function seems to have disappeared from Version 14. I would like to see it back, as we send out reports to other entities on campus that we need to remove the names of the students from or add in lengths of visits. Thanks!

Default Option to keep "Filter Log by Lab" check in Edit Sign in screen.
In version 14, "Edit Sign-in Logs" shows ALL sign-in logs from all labs, regardless of the local lab ID.
It it should be checked by default so you only see the sign-in logs for your local lab.

No shows
Automatically cancel tutoring sessions once the maximum amount of NO SHOWS have been met. Also, system needs to distinguish if it is the tutor or the tutee that did not show up for the appointment.

Would like to have a checkbox on intake system for appt sign ins
When we use intake system, we would like to be able to see who is an appt sign in waiting and who is a walk-in. This could be a checkbox we could toggle.

registration: need to select multiple activities in a catagory.
In the registration fields, it would be nice to be able to select multiple activities in a catagory.That way I only need to register once vice 6 separate times

My appointment notifications are currently arranged alphabetically, rather than chronologically. This is causing me to miss appointments.
When I receive the email, it used to be that my appts were listed by date, which, of course, is what makes sense. Lately, though, they've been organized by day-- so that all Friday appointments (even though theyre on different Fridays) are together, all Mondays together, etc.
